Distance Learning

Distance learning is an opportunity to complete a business degree fully online. In Culverhouse College of Business, General Business is the only undergraduate major you can pursue online.  You are not required to come to campus.

Students can schedule an advising appointment by emailing businessatbama@ua.edu. Appointments are available via Zoom or phone.

BS in General Business Online Curriculum

Students cannot switch between main campus and distance learning courses. Before considering a change to distance learning, students should know the following:

  • Switching to distance learning is a permanent change. 
  • Distance Learning students do not have full access to student activities or athletic event privileges.
